Inform | Keeler Polling Station
Calgary Board of Education schools are made available for use as polling stations for federal, provincial and municipal elections. Keeler School will be a polling station for the April 28th election.
On April 28th, the Gymnasium will be in use for polling and students will be outside for their physical education time. Please ensure your child comes to school in weather appropriate clothing.
Engagement Survey
Thank you to everyone for your responses to the Engagement Survey this year. There was a low number of responses received, and to protect anonymity, results will not be posted on the school website.
All responses have been reviewed and considered in decision-making with the understanding that the results are not representative of the entire school community.
Thank you, Keeler Community. We feel privileged for the opportunity to work alongside you.

Grade 2 and 3 Field Trips
On Wednesday, our Grade 3 students explored Telus Spark to enhance their learning of the Alberta Science curriculum. This was possible due to the generous support of Education Matters. The students especially enjoyed learning through robotics and exploring the outdoor Brainasium playground!
Our Grade 2 students also participated in a self-guided tour of the Calgary Zoo on Thursday thanks to the generous support of Backpackers Society. They enjoyed connecting their learning and research around animal life cycles to viewing the animals at the Zoo.
A huge thank you to each teaching team for the planning and preparation involved in facilitating these trips. We also would like to thank our parent volunteers, as without their support field trips such as these are not possible. If you are interested in volunteering with your child’s class for a future field trip, please contact the office.
