Winter Spirit Week
Winter Spirit week will run from December 15th – 19th. There are no requirements to participate, but students are welcome to join us in the fun!
- Monday – Decorating Day
- Tuesday – Winter Sweater Day
- Wednesday – Culture Day/Fancy Dress Day (students are invited to showcase their cultural wear and/or fanciest outfits)
- Thursday – Winter Sock Hop in the Gym (Fun winter socks welcome!)
- Friday – Pajama Day
Photo Retakes and Class Pictures
A reminder to families and students that Lifetouch will be at the school on December 10th and 11th for individual photo retakes, and to take whole class photos. If you would like your child to retake their individual school photos please ensure you communicate this to their classroom teacher prior to the 10th of December.
Buddies at Keeler
We are excited to share that Buddies are back at Keeler! This meaningful initiative gives students the chance to connect, collaborate, and build relationships across grade levels. Your child’s class will have their first meeting with their buddy class on December 12th. Buddy classrooms will then connect throughout the year to complete various learning opportunities. We look forward to the positive learning experiences, leadership opportunities, and sense of belonging these connections will continue to create.
Save The Date | Winter Celebration
Please save the date for our Winter Celebration on January 29th from 4pm-7pm. We continue to receive fantastic feedback from families about this event and are excited to have booked the Skate Shack again this year with the support of our School Council. More information to come!
