Grade 4 Assembly 

The Grade 4 students were very excited to share their learning with the Keeler School community on Thursday, March 6, 2025.  Through the CBE Indigenous Lifelong Learning Framework, Grade 4 students shared their learning as it relates to the heart, spirit, mind and body.  A big thank you to the staff and students who worked so hard to create this amazing celebration of learning, and to the families who were able to attend. 

School Conferences Moved Online 

Families should have received notification this week that school conferences on March 20^th (4:00pm-7:30pm) and March 21^st (8:00am-12:00pm) have moved online. Conferences are 15 minutes long and will be held on Microsoft Teams.  

Our booking system opens to families on March 13^th. Please book an online conference time with your child's classroom teacher through your PowerSchool account. We look forward to connecting with you about your child's learning. 

After School Programs at Keeler School 

For the extent of the CUPE job action, after school programs or activities at Keeler School are paused.  This means that if your child is registered in either Mindful Moments, Kids in Action, or PhilKids, until further notice we are unable to host these programs at the school. Each program will reach out to families directly with information and any next steps. 

Personal Device Usage 

A reminder that students should not be using personal mobile devices during the school day. Student devices brought to school must be out of sight and either powered off or set to silent in their backpacks. We recommend that students leave their personal devices at home for this reason. An additional reminder to families who are picking up and dropping off students to ensure that we are not filming or photographing during these busy times of day for safety reasons. Thank you for your continued support in both areas.
