May Long Weekend
A friendly reminder to families that tomorrow, Friday May 16th is a professional learning day and there is no school for students. The school is also closed on Monday, May 19th for Victoria Day. We look forward to seeing students back in classrooms on Tuesday, May 20th.
Quest Theatre | Wrap Up
Our K-2 classrooms did a wonderful job performing (many of us for the first time!) on a stage this afternoon. It was so great to see how each class interpreted the 7 Sacred Teachings. Thank you to our audience members, and to the families who stayed until the very end of our performance to celebrate each student's hard work. Your support is appreciated.
We would not have been able to facilitate these two weeks without the generous donation of Quest Theatres donors, contributions from our School Council, and the hard work of our staff and students. Thank you for the opportunity to share this unique experience with Keeler School.
Grade 6 Celebration of Learning
Parents and guardians of Grade 6 students are invited to join us on Friday, May 23 at 11:00am for the Grade 6 celebration of learning. This will be an interactive learning fair where all students share their projects. The Grade 6 team looks forward to seeing you there!
Earnest Morrow Transitions | School Council Invite
Families of next year's Grade 7 students are invited to attend Earnest Morrows final School Council meeting of the year in the learning commons on May 26th from 5:30pm-6:30pm. This invite is for families with students in Grade 6 who are transitioning to Earnest Morrow for the 2025-26 school year.
Spring Celebration | May 22 (5-7pm)
Spring Celebration is May 22 from 5:00pm -7:00pm. There will be literacy, numeracy, and other curricular activities. More details to follow in the weeks ahead. We would love to see you there.
Welcome to Kindergarten
Also on May 22, from 4:00pm – 4:30pm, we will be hosting Welcome to Kindergarten for our 2025-26 Kindergarten students. More information has been shared with registered students and their families.
Cookie Dough Reminder
Cookie dough sales have been extended up until May 22. Any additional forms or orders can be brought to school with your students or handed in to the office at our spring celebration. Thank you for your support of this fundraiser!
