Thank You | Spring Celebration and Grade 6 Learning Fair
Thank you to all of the families who joined us for the Spring Celebration this Thursday, and to our Grade 6 team for their work preparing for their celebration of learning today. We love having families in the school and engaging in activities alongside their children; both of these events were fantastic!
Volunteer Tea
We are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and care our volunteers give to our school community. To show our appreciation, we would like to invite any family members who have volunteered to support Keeler school to please join us for our Volunteer Tea on June 4th at 9:00am.
We have planned a special morning to celebrate and thank you for all that you do. Please RSVP to Rachel Scotland at rascotland@cbe.ab.ca if you are planning to attend.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Sound Kreations
Starting June 2nd, we are welcoming Sound Kreations for a two-week dance residency. Students will be exploring different styles of dance during Physical Education with the support of a Sound Kreations dance instructor and Ms. Areny. We are excited for our Kindergarten through Grade 6 students to engage in this opportunity that promotes physical literacy, allows for artistic expression, and is aligned with curriculum.
Acknowledgement of Risk forms will be sent home to families starting Monday, May 23rd. Please sign and return the form as soon as possible.
Transportation Registration Now Open
Families are now able to register for school bus service for the 2025-26 school year using their MyCBE account. Please note that families must register by Sunday, June 22, 2025 for students to be added to routes for the start of the 2025-26 school year.
CBE Transportation will continue to accept registrations after the deadline. It is important to note that students are added to the closest existing bus stop with available space, and processing times for registrations submitted after the June 22 deadline will be delayed.
Transportation can be cancelled with no financial impact by Sept. 30, 2025.
Quest Theatre | Summer Programming Opportunity
Quest Theatre would like to share a summer opportunity for families of students who participated in our Quest residency!
Registration is open for their summer camp programs, and until May 30th families can apply for a bursary if cost is a barrier to participation. Bursaries are provided on a first-come-first-served basis and dependent on availability.
