Quest Theatre | Congratulations and Reminder

Congratulations to our Grades 3-6 students who performed their Quest Theatre plays this morning. It was wonderful to see how everything came together this week, from brainstorming to rehearsals to the final production. We had a great turnout with many families in the audience. If you were able to attend, we thank you so much for your support and encouragement of all our students.

Our K-2 students are so excited to get started with Quest next week! Starting Monday, they will be the ones working with Quest theatre facilitators to write and perform their own plays. If you would like to be a part of the audience, please join us at 1:30pm on Thursday. Doors open 15 minutes prior, and we will start right on time – so please come a few minutes early to find your seat!

If you are planning to attend the performance Thursday afternoon and would like to take your student home after, we would appreciate you reaching out to their classroom teacher prior. When we are aware in advance that students are being picked up, we can ensure they are ready to go on time and communicate with bus drivers if needed.

These two weeks of Quest Theatre would not be possible without the support of Quest Theatres generous donors, and supplementary funding through our School Council. THANK YOU! We so appreciate this opportunity.

Cookie Dough Fundraiser Extension

School Council has extended their deadline for cookie dough fundraising. If you have not been able to order and would still like to do so, there are forms available in the office. These can also be sent home with students in backpacks.

Please consider participating in this fundraiser if possible. Money raised through cookie dough sales goes directly to supporting students and school events such as our upcoming Spring Celebration and Welcome Back BBQ.

Spring Celebration | May 22 (5-7pm)

Spring Celebration is May 22 from 5:00pm -7:00pm. There will be literacy, numeracy, and other curricular activities. More details to follow in the weeks ahead. We would love to see you there.

Also on May 22, from 4:00pm – 4:30pm, we will be hosting Welcome to Kindergarten for our 2025-26 Kindergarten students. More information has been shared with registered students and their families.
