No School Monday 

A reminder to families that there are no classes on Monday, October 19^th.  We hope you enjoy the time with your family, and we look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Tuesday, October 20^th.  

Community and Traffic Safety Reminders 

Please ensure you are aware of traffic regulations and safety expectations during school drop off and pick up. This includes: 

• Being aware of pedestrians while driving 
• Adhering to the posted speed limits 
• Refraining from parking in designated bus zones 
• Only crossing at the patrolled cross walk 

Thank you for your support in keeping our students and families safe. 

Young Bhangra 

We are excited to remind families and students that Young Bhangra returns to Keeler next week! They will be facilitating dance workshops within each classes Physical Education time from October 20^th–22^nd, then again on October 26^th.  

Quest Theatre Performance 

We have some exciting news! Quest Theatre has donated a performance of “The General” to Keeler School.  

This performance will occur on October 29. To accommodate every classroom, they will provide two 50-minute showings with 10 minutes at the end for student questions.

Food Supports Check In 

Keeler is lucky to have an ongoing partnership with both Calgary Meals on Wheels and Brown Bagging for Calgary's Kids whose generous support allows us to provide breakfast and lunch food to students whose families are experiencing food insecurity. 

If you are experiencing food insecurity, or no longer require this support at school, please contact your child's classroom teacher.
